Wedding photojournalism is a style of wedding photography that documents the events of the day as they naturally unfold. The wedding day is covered in real time, with no interference from the photographer. Wedding photojournalism gives clients true-to-life, documentary coverage of their day.
What about traditional formal photographs?Formal, posed photographs are essential for a complete wedding album. EG Photography provides formal photographic coverage, but our style does not lend itself to hours of formal posing. Remember, the quicker your post-ceremony formal photographs are taken, the more time you'll have to spend with your guests.
How long do we need to allow for the photography between the service and reception? The amount of photography time between the service and the reception is entirely dependent upon the number of formal photographs the client wishes to have. Provided the entire family and wedding party is easily accessible, EG Photography can photograph a handful of necessary formal photographs in roughly 15 minutes.
How much do wedding enlargements cost?Since the client is given all of the negatives, as well as 4x6 proofs, EG Photography does not offer enlargement services for wedding photography.
How long after the wedding can we expect to receive our album? For most of the year, a client's album, proofs and negatives will be delivered within four to six weeks. During the holiday season, however, we require eight to ten weeks to deliver the products.
